Another technique for bringing joy and health into your life is to be aware of your negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Our guru, Annie, suggested we wear a rubber band on our wrist and 'ping!' it when we had a negative thought. Unfortunately for Jo, she was the only one who had a rubber band so we all pinged hers. She would then have to ping it herself to counteract the negative thoughts caused by the pain. Posted by Picasa
